		- commission reffs and part of money goes to TAC
		- requested pictures
	- nominal fee for requesting certain REFFS and VIP treatment

SYSTEM / ORGANIZATIO 
- too many requests for one REFF. unfair workload
	- random reff critique
	- request ONE reff
	- choose three, get one (in order of preference if possible)
	- schedule: assign certain reffs every week/update
	- category system: these REFFs do this category. if you choose 
	  that you are in this category, you get one of these REFFs	

SUGGESTIONS
	- send out a notice for everyone to send in more detailed availability times
	- don't put frequently requested REFFS on the random list
	- commission/charge for specific critiques from specific reffs
	- COMPLETELY anonymous critiques

RULES
	- reffs have ultimate say
	- loose/no rules if possible
	- no hentai	
		- no porn. yes artistic nudity. REFFS have final say.
	- no flames
	- Lore have final say in rules. can confer with REFF. but not to public
		- too many opinions
