Please note that #artcorner on esper.net (IRC) is no longer officially affiliated with The Art Corner website. The REFFs simply ran out of time to properly maintain the channel - it will continue to exist, however we can't make any guarantees regarding moderation of the channel.
Chatroom REFFs are recognizable by a "@" in front of their chatroom nickname - this marks them as having "ops" in the channel, which gives them the authority to maintain order and ban/kick any obnoxious chatroom inhabitants.
