REFF Ramble!

 Hoi~! It's me, Audra (a.k.a Kitsune/Selphie), and I'll just spend this time rambling a little on what I think I prolly know best, the message board and the channel~! XD

As a REFF, I am not only someone who critiques your drawings, but also someone who mediates the #artcorner channel on Espernet and the TAC message board right here~! I've been a frequenter to both for the past 7 months (roughly since they've both been opened. ^_^) Over those past months, the channel and the message board have gone through a lot of changes, some good, some bad, some unexpected~. ^^

The MessageBoard: Truthfully, I haven't been extremely active in the messageboard as of late, and things have been rather slow there because a lot of the members are moving over to the IRC channel where things move a lot quicker. In the beginning, it was really active a lot of good thought-provoking survey questions and community participation and the environment was really great~! As things have slowed down, some others have taken it up on themselves to keep the topics fresh and conversations going. (Many kudos to you folks~!) From that messageboard, a lot of ideas of what we can add to TAC have spawned. Although they are still in conceptual stages, stuff like monthly contests, links to online FAQs and tutorials (as well as some of our own~), etc.

The #artcorner IRC channel: Now, this I can talk about in length~! ^^;;; I've been an active member of the chatroom and can say I'm rather addicted. *laugh* From the very beginning, it's been a friendly, open place to meet some other artists. The environment has ranged from serious and philosphical to absolutely wacky. ^_^;;; The room has been a great place to talk about just about anything with all sorts of personalities present. Over the past few months, it has grown a lot in popularity. At those times, the room gets extremely hectic and hard to keep up unless you're REALLY paying attention. ^^; If you're curious, stop on by~! There's always something to talk about. Just be sure to abide by common courtesty and common sense (for the most part). o_-
