Hoiiii~ I bring ye some exciting news about Otakon! Indeed, several of us REFFs are headed to Otakon Y2K, and
we're planning something reallyinsanely evil ... cool. But first, I've got to talk about the new set of rules
for our IRC chatroom. ^_^
I've been quasi-literally living in our
(not-so-)little chatroom #Artcorner for past several months. It's been really great. We defined both goodnessity and
insanity. But when you have all sorts of personalities existing in the universe, you know it's not easy to keep it
nice allthe times. That's why the REFFs had to come up with the rules. The rules are really basic IMHO - the
ones that you don't have to be extremelycautious to follow all the times. So by all means, feel free to join the
fun; don't be repelled! ^________^; However,that does NOT mean the rules aren't strict. While we are open to
consider context and listen to others' opinions about the rules, we will not tolerate blatant violations. *me evilly
bweeheehees*
Yes! Otakon! Lorelai, Hanna "Evil Tiger" Chen, Young Wang, and me (Keiiii ^^) shall be invading Baltimore, MD for
Otakon this year. Incase you don't know what it is (if so, you're missing out a lot!), check out
Otakon's official website for info! Masquerade skit, art show,
and karaoke are just some of the things we are going to do there. XD We plan to get a table to sell artworks aside
fromthe art show and add some bits to TAC funding. Also, a TAC "demo book" is being prepared at the moment.
Hardcover and full-color, it will showcasesome artworks of the REFFs, sample crits, and more - basically the stuff
that can show what TAC is about. Although there will only be one big, full color book,we will have B&W versions of
smaller size for distribution purpose. Doi. It's time for me to flee! Expect to hear some fun tales of REFFs
at AX in this page soon~ Nuu~
