    REFF Ramble!

[ Ramble Archive ]

This REFF Ramble is brought to you by: Juno Kim (^o^)~!

Hoiiii, Juno speaking! Currently, there has been a major change to TAC, and it would be good for you guys to know what it is, and also what it means for TAC in the future. Let's start from the beginning, shall we? XD

As members of TAC, Lorelai and the other REFFs try to maintain the Art Corner as efficiently as possible while - to put it plainly - having fun at the same time. However, the immense demand for critiques as well as the other services we offer requires much attention and time from each and every REFF, and at this point, many of us are not having as good of a time as we should be... the work sometimes gets overloading and is often too much for a few people to handle alone. Lorelai, as webmistress, has been having immense amounts of stress, and like her, many of us wish to have our "own lives" while participiating in a TAC that's more fun, relaxing, and, as Keiiii puts it, "stressful, but in a different way." And so, a new idea has presented itself, and that idea is this: to give TAC a more studio-like atmosphere! Though it is not in TAC's plans to become an official studio (i.e. Estrigious Studios), most of us believe that perhaps this new studio-feel will lessen the "official" atmosphere that we've been feeling recently. (In other words, it might be more fun this way.)

With this new studio atmosphere in mind, members of TAC could also participate in group projects and meets, such as perhaps publishing doujinshi or crashing nearby anime conventions. ^_^ All in all, we're all artists that need time and inspiration, and that's what TAC should offer to everyone. Though there are still some kinks to work out, my private opinion seems to say that this might be a good turn for TAC. Thanks, everybody, for your support and enthusiasm. Ciao for now! XD
